Order Fulfillment: All orders placed through our website will be processed and dispatched within 6 hours of order confirmation. Our team works diligently to ensure your items are packed securely and dispatched promptly.

Shipping Destinations: We offer shipping services to both domestic and international locations. Our domestic shipping covers all regions within the GCC countries, including the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. For international shipping, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Shipping Fees: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for all UAE orders. For GCC & international shipments, shipping fees will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the checkout process.
Delivery Times:
- UAE: Orders shipped within the UAE will be delivered the same day if the order is placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Other GCC Countries: Orders shipped to other GCC countries will generally be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
Customs Clearance: For international shipments, please be advised that orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays in delivery times. While we strive to expedite the customs clearance process, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such situations.
